Is drone delivery legal in Vietnam?
Yes, with authorization. Skylink operates under flight permissions coordinated with the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). All flights are within approved corridors in Tay Ho and stay below regulated altitude limits.
What happens if it rains?
Our drones operate in light rain and wind up to 10 m/s. During heavy rain, thunderstorms, or typhoon warnings, flights pause and orders roll over to our ground partner network. You're notified automatically.
What's the weight limit?
3 kg per flight. That covers most medical items, documents, electronics, and small parcels. For heavier loads we route through our B2B ground partners on the same booking.
How is it safer than a motorbike courier?
Each drone has dual GPS, redundant motors, and auto-return-to-base on signal loss. Flights follow pre-cleared corridors away from dense pedestrian areas. Every delivery is live-monitored by a pilot from our Tay Ho hub.

At your designated drop zone — typically a rooftop, balcony, or ground-level courtyard. For apartments without roof access, the drone lands at the nearest authorized public drop point and a pilot completes the last meters on foot.
